Just Cause 2 was one of the most ambitious open world games of the last several years. Allowing players to roam a 400 square mile open world, and destroy anything and everything in a variety of creative ways (including tying two planes together and watching them spin out of control), it sold over 6 million copies.

Coming this holiday season, Just Cause 3 is shaping up to be an excellent sequel. This time, it’s personal as protagonist Rico Rodriguez heads to his home island of Medici to take down a brutal dictator.

Just Cause has never been about an in-depth story. This isn’t The Last of Us. What Just Cause does promise though (besides cool wheelies), is more variety in the action. That includes infinite C4 to aid in more violent wish fulfillment than ever before.
